When it comes to coatings and processes to help marine applications . . . THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!

When you need protection against corrosion and substrate degradation from direct water applications, HPC has a proven track record with our exclusive nPowered„¢ nanocoatings to solve your problems.  We have helped the U.S. Navy protect parts ranging from catapults to screws.  Our gold MARINE finish stops salt water from corroding the metal underneath.  It has a special sealing layer that will not allow moisture to get underneath and destroy the substrate materials.  This coating works wonders for any off shore application.

HPC also offers many nPowered„¢ nanocoatings designed to reduce heat on exhaust components in marine applications.  These coatings reduce the radiant heat coming off the exhaust pipes and protect other close-by, sensitive parts.  We have friction reducing solid dry film coatings for the internal engine components and also coatings that look simply gorgeous and will hold up to salt water much longer than chrome plated parts.

Our coatings have been used on oil rigs and off-shore applications for years and have a proven track record when it comes to reducing maintenance costs and time related to replacing parts exposed to harsh environments.

HPC€™s coatings and processes are designed to:

  • Increase Part Life and Prevent Corrosion
  • Reduce Heat on High-Temperature Components
  • Withstand Chemical Substrate Degradation
  • Bond to Almost any Substrate Providing Excellent Adhesion
  • Protect Against Acidic and Thermal Corrosion
  • Reduce Friction on Internal Engine Components

When it comes to preventing corrosion in harsh salt-water environments, or any direct water environment, there is a difference!

HPC€™s nPowered„¢ advanced nanocoatings are specially designed for marine and direct water applications where parts and components are exposed to harsh salt water and direct fresh water environments.  In situations where other materials can not provide consistent corrosion protection, HPC€™s nanocoatings are a sure way to reduce maintenance costs and save money.  They are formulated for various conditions and have the ability to protect against chemical substrate degradation, thermal and acidic corrosion and provide cooling in thermally stressed assemblies.
