Trim Spa/Racecar Bike Uses HPC HiPerCoat

April 18, 2003 - HPC HiPerCoat is the coating of choice by Orange County Choppers for their newest creation, the Trim Spa/Racecar Bike. HPC's facility in Chandler, Arizona coated the custom built exhaust inside and out with HiPerCoat semi-gloss black and returned them to OCC to meet the short time deadline in building this extraordinary chopper.

Orange County Choppers, located in Rock Tavern, NY built the chopper in just three and a half weeks for the owner of Trim Spa, a Cedar Knolls, NJ diet company, to compliment the Trim Spa Busch Series racecar.  The bike debuted in February at the Koolerz 300 in Daytona Beach, FL.

The build-up of the Racecar bike is being documented on the Discovery Channel's show American Chopper. American Chopper follows the exploits of OCC's owner and son, Paul Teutel, Sr. and Paul Jr. as they build various custom choppers, such as The Jet, The Spider, and recently the incredible "Black Widow" bike.

The build-up of Racecar bike can be seen on American Choppers in two parts. Part one airs April 19 at 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM EST and again at 11:00 AM EST on Sunday April 20.

Part 2 airs Monday April 21 at 10:00 PM EST, Tuesday April 22 at 1:00 AM EST, Saturday April 26 at 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM EST and again on Sunday April 27 at 11:00 AM EST.
