nCoat, Inc. (OTCBB: NCOA) and HPC announce new plant Grand Opening in North Carolina.

Whitsett , NC , March 20, 2007 – nCoat, Inc. (nCoat) and High Performance Coatings, Inc (HPC) will hold their official grand opening at their new headquarters plant in Whitsett, North Carolina on April 6th, 2007.  High Performance Coatings, Inc. (“HPC”), is a wholly owned subsidiary of nCoat, Inc., a 25-year-old Oklahoma company that was founded on the sales of thermal barrier, corrosion resistant, lubritic and appearance high performance coatings for the motor sports industry. nCoat has expanded HPC’s market-base to include manufacturers of commercial trucks, RVs, defense applications, motorcycles, aerospace components, aviation parts, oil and gas industry suppliers, energy producers and other sophisticated users, while continuing to provide coatings and services to the after-market customer.

On August 14, 2006, nCoat, Inc. announced plans to open their new plant in Whitsett, North Carolina . Located just off I-40, Public officials from the state of North Carolina joined us at this announcement to also introduce the North Carolina Nanotechnology Roadmap for nanotech growth.

Since that announcement, corporate executives have moved nCoat and HPC’s corporate headquarters to the Whitsett facility and HPC has opened daily manufacturing and production at Whitsett. The new plant currently employs over 70 people. HPC expects to hire many more people as they continue to rapidly grow their business in NC. The large blue and yellow sign for nCoat’s subsidiary company, High Performance Coatings (HPC), can be seen from the freeway just east of exit #138.

The 2007 Cruize “N” HPC Grand Opening celebration brings the community and racing industry together for two great events.   On April 5th, the Piedmont Dragway (located 10 miles for the HPC plant) will celebrate their 50th Anniversary with their annual Big Dog Shootout.  This year the race will be known as the HPC Big Dog Shootout.  HPC is delighted to sponsor this great annual tradition in the Greensboro area.  The following day, on April 6th at the HPC corporate headquarters from 10am-3pm, come and experience the official grand opening that celebrates the High Performance Coatings world of race cars, classic cars, street rods, import cars, leisure and other car clubs in addition to OTR trucking, recreational vehicles, motorcycles and other organizations bringing cars to the plant for the HPC Cruize “N” car show and festivities.
