Warren Johnson sets new national E.T. record

Pro Stock legend Warren Johnson set a new national MPH record at the
K&N Filters Winternationals in Pomona, California. “The
Professor” outran Troy Coughlin in the first round of eliminations,
posting a 6.767 second, 204.91 MPH pass. Warren later backed-up the record
in the third round of eliminations with a 6.764 second, 204.54 MPH pass.
W.J. defeated Allen Johnson in the final round to win the Pro Stock class
at the event and also setting low E.T. of the event.
HPC congratulates W.J. on his first win of the year, his 138th time in a final round appearance, and his 89th career win, making Warren one of the most winning Pro Stock racers in NHRA history.
